The Morgul blades were knives with the powers to turn those stabbed with them into a ringwraith. The Witch King owned two of these blades.
History[]
Radagast the Brown fights the Witch King in Dol Guldur and retrieved one of these blades giving it to Gandalf to show white council.
Years later the Witch King stabs Frodo Baggins on Weathertop with one of these blades in order to wound him and get him to bring the ring to Sauron himself. Afterwards, Aragorn picks up the blade which all vanishes except the handle. Frodo gets partially healed in Rivendell by Lord Elrond but the wound never properly left him and continued to haunt him during his quest.
