The Ringwraith of Harad, or Úläire Nertea, also known as the Betrayer or the Forsaken, was the ninth of the Nazgûl who served Sauron. He was once a King of the Haradrim that was given a Ring of Power by Sauron the deceiver and was corrupted to serve him.
