Wulf was a warrior from Dunland and the son of the chieftain Freca. He offered his hand in marriage to the daughter of Helm Hammerhand as part of a deal between the lands of Dunland and the kingdom of Rohan. When Hammerhand killed Wulf's father, the young prince led the Dunlendings to war against Rohan.
History[]
Early life[]
Wulf was the only son of Lord Freca of the West-march. His mother died when he was a young boy and he was raised by his father alone. While he was still young, Wulf knew Héra, daughter of Helm Hammerhand, and they used to play together. At some point, he developed romantic feelings towards her, feelings that he held onto into his adult years.[1]
Training[]
Wulf underwent serious training under General Targg, his father's commander, shaping him into a capable warrior.[1]
