"We do not know the full strength of Wulf’s army."
Héra to Helm Hammerhand, The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim

Wulf's army was a sizable force gathered by the renegade Dunlending lord Wulf in Isengard during the Third Age's War of the Rohirrim to enact his vengeance against King Helm Hammerhand, as well as to conquer Rohan.

Following the death of his father Freca at Helm’s hands, Wulf found refuge in Dunland and later began to raise an army in Isengard with the help of his general, Targg. The Hill Tribesmen answered his summons, as did nomadic Southrons and other Eastern invaders. After its discovery by Helm's daughter, Héra, Wulf's army readied itself for battle and proceeded to burn its way to Edoras. Reinforced by Easterlings, Variag mercenaries and Mûmakil war beasts, the Dunlendings broke into the capital and left it in ruins. Wulf’s army then pursued Helm’s people to the Hornburg, besieging them for the remainder of the Long Winter. As they built a siege tower to breach the fortress' walls, the Wildmen were slowed down by the cold and by Helm's attacks, in addition to being preyed upon by scavengers from the White Mountains. Though victory seemed near, the timely arrival of Fréaláf and his Rohirrim shattered the Dunlendings' morale. With the chaotic retreat of the Hill Tribes and Wulf's own death at the hands of Héra, his army was utterly vanquished.
